These standards ensure video depositions and recorded legal proceedings maintain legal integrity, proper chain of custody, and courtroom admissibility.

How quickly can I receive my videos?

Standard delivery is 2 weeks, with rush options available for an additional charge. Video requests for syncing with the transcript require receipt of finished transcript from the court reporter before they can be finalized.

What delivery options do I have?

Accepted Answer

Files (video, exhibits, photos, documents, etc.) can be delivered in a variety of ways to include: Box Cloud storage, thumb drive, and DVD. Information will be stored for 90 days post completion, after which it will go into the archives. A charge may be incurred for retrieval after said time. All media processed by Rhine Legal Media will be retained (per Missouri Secretary of State RSMo Section 486.1195) for 10 years after the deposition date.
